Wooden Figurines

Wooden Figurines can be used with powerful results in place of human representatives in family constellations during office sessions. They are helpful for both preliminary sessions, to further the process of group work or as a training tool.

Find out about purchasing at set on the CFL website.

Family Constellations

Sometimes you visit your grandmother, she maybe 93 or another age, and you are without many words. Her little bead eyes look towards you in that rare affection only a grandmother can share with her grandchildren and you know by the quivering of her lips, almost colorless now from age, that she is saying a secret prayer for you.

Thank you for all that you gave and your many blessings.
Love your oldest grandaughter, Sabrina

The hills are alive with the sound of music!!

The hikes were some of my favorite part of this journey. On the steeper slopes I was always behind. Noticing my breathing and taking in the crisp cool air and silence. As we moved further to towards the meadows you could here the cow bells and the watch the sheep being gathered from the hills baa-ing as they gathered... Definitely a "Hiedi" experience. :)

Hiking time!

I was able to take a few hikes on the trails behind the wonderful hotel! The first few days were really pleasant and then on my birthday, December 4th we had a beautiful snow...

My new friends, Margaret and Ingrid.

Ingrid spoke German and English. She let me know I was speaking too quickly in English, which try as I might, I could not slow down much. Then... we realized that we both also spoke Spanish. So that solved it, we spoke in Spanish and slower English the rest of the time!

The Workshop Begins...

Nadia and I ready for the opening night. We got there a day early and used the spa to restore some balance after our long 24 hour travel day. We also took JetZone a homeopathic product for Jet lag management which ended up being very helpful both ways!

Bert and Sophie Helliger arrive with their candles. They gave us each a candle to light during the week to exemplify keeping our own inner lights glowing...

Nadia and our Designated Tai Chi Teachers

Here Nadia is with "my tai chi teachers" Margaret Mossel a systemic coach and trainer for over ten years and translator for Bert's books into Danish and Netra again. One evening after dinner we discovered a beautiful dance studio with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the alps! By moonlight they both took turns leading me in two different styles of Tai Chi. Now that I have the Tai Chi "bug" I will be looking forward to classes in Austin... Any ideas of where let me know!

Enjoying Meals

The food was very Austrian and I had to ask each day whether it was fish, chicken or turkey? There was so much to choose from but we both were courageous and tried just about everything...

The dairy products as well as wine was made directly at Pichlmayrgut Hotel (www.pichlmayrgut.at)

Making friends! Sabrina, Gerhard working with Family Constellations for 17 years, Basha Meir, an energy healer and Netra a Chinese Doctor from Taiwan who has worked with Bert for over ten years and hosts Family Constellations for groups of up to 300 for Bert and Sophie!
